I am the wife of Matt, the mother of 4 grown children, and mother-in-law to one great son-in-law. I also have 2 grand-dogs, Sunshine and Scratch.
Let’s see – I love baseball. I became a fan in Seattle and cheer on the Mariners and the World Champion Red Sox! Matt and I have a mixed marriage. He, unfortunately, is a fan of the Yankees. But other than that, he’s great!
I love the teens at LP. They are amazing in so many ways. I love the way so many of them desire the Lord and want to please Him. I love hearing about their lives in small group… and sometimes it makes me cry. I’m blest to be a part of what God is doing here.
I came to know the Lord when I was 18. My best friend had changed a lot and I wanted to know what she had. I met Matt about the same time and knew something was different about him. God used both of them to bring me into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. And I am so glad to be a part of His family. And still in the process of becoming like Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:17 says “… if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”
